Asbeau
Many of my Asbeau auriculas are still in bud and are continuing to bloom this late in the year. Asbeau has adapted particularly well to the Swedish conditions.

A trip to visit Iris in Salisbury, England

Anneli blooming in Iris's Auricula Theatre
On a recent trip to visit my son and his wife Iris in Salisbury, I helped Iris to make an auricula theatre from some wood from that had formerly been part of the decking in their garden. The garden receives a lot of sunshine and is rather warm, so Iris has to provide shading for her auriculas to keep them cool. She has a very nice collection of auriculas which are still booming; she has also raised many from her own seeds.
